Half kg yougert ko beat kerlain aur add half cup milk aur beat kerlain dont add extra meterial (can add fresh cream)
first potato mash it - 2
All potato ingredients add it
then make it small kabab - 3
And fry it..aftrt fry serve one dish and garnish with imli chutni square cut onion coriander leaves green chutni and chat masala it's required as a taste chtkhara☺️😃
