This is a super crunchy and yummy dish. It can be served with chatani, tomato ketchup or as side dish with lunch or dinner. I love to make these on a cold rainy day and enjoy it with hot chai.

This is a super crunchy and yummy dish. It can be served with chatani, tomato ketchup or as side dish with lunch or dinner. I love to make these on a cold rainy day and enjoy it with hot chai.
Steps

Wash and clean the spinach, roughly chop it and keep aside.

Mix all the dry ingredients and adding small quantities of water and make thick smooth batter.

Heat oil in a deep pan, keep the heat medium-high flame.
- 4
Slowly coat chopped spinach with the mixture and carefully drop it in the pan. Fry till golden brown. Remove and place it on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Spinach pakoda is ready to be served.
