For FAFDA:. take 1 cup chickpea flour, salt to taste, 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder, 1 to 2 pinch baking powder, 1/2 tsp carom seeds and mix it nicely

Now add 2 tbsp oil and mix it nicely... now add water And make a medium soft dough

Now take a small portion of dough and give oval shape aur put it on plane wood surface and pull it with your palm and remove it with knife.. make all FAFDA like this

Now heat oil for frying... And fry FAFDA..

For jalebi: take 1 cup wheat flour, 1 cup curd and mix it until lumps are invisible.. now add some water and make a semithick batter... Now keep it aside for half an hour...

Now take a pan and add sugar and water and make a string sugar syrup..if you like than add some red food colour for nice orange colour in jalebi.. now add cardamom powder and off the flame. And add some lemon juice and mix it..

Now add baking powder in the batter of jalebi.. and mix it properly

Now fill the batter in a sauce bottle... Heat oil for frying.. and make jalebi and fry it...

Now soak jalebi in sugar syrup for 1 Min. And place it in a plate...
