1 tbsmoraiya Sama rice
2 tbssugar
6-8 threads kesar
1 tbschopped dry fruits

Prepare all ingredients

Wash and soak the Sama rice for 1/2 hour...

Boil the milk. Add soaked Sama rice cook till lil thick.

Now add sugar.. Kesar and dry fruits.

Off the flame.. Kheer is ready to serve hot or cold.
