  • 10medium cooked potatoes
  • Oil
  • 1 tspTurmeric & curry
  • 1 tspfresh gingern garlic paste
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 2 tbspseasoning
  • Large slice of onion

Steps

  1. 1

    In a wok add in the oil

  2. 2

    Add ginger n garlic with the onions

  3. 3

    Stir until tender

  4. 4

    Add the spices n pepper

  5. 5

    Stir in the cooked potatoe n let it simmer for 5min.

    Enjoy 😋
