Chop tomatoes, onion, pepper, fry to make a sauce add ur seasoning cube, ginger, garlic paste nd spices, use little oil when you making the sauce, make sure the water in the sauce is almost dry,

Then set aside...in a pan saute onions and garlic in little oil add the minced meat and spice up to ur taste once it's brown in colour put on heat,

In a bowl mix the cooked minced meat and tomatoes sauce together...set aside,

Slightly pound the yam... Then pour into sauce and meat mixture(it should nt be watery) mix together and form into Ball with hand,

Dip each Ball into eggs, then breadcrumbs then fry, (where there is no breadcrumbs,you can fry after dipping into eggs).
