In a wide pot, heat half the olive oil and sauté the vegetables (except the dill) until they soften and reduce in volume.

Let the vegetables cool for 30 minutes.

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together to make a batter.

Pour the batter over the vegetables, gently mix, and transfer the mixture to a well-buttered 10x12 inch (25x30 cm) baking dish.

Bake for about 1 hour at 350°F (180°C).
