Ingredients

  • 4 cupsDosa batter(will soon share a recipe to make this)
  • 1 inchGinger
  • 10curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves 0.25 cup
  • 1onion
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 0.5 tspHing

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the dosa batter with sugar+pinch hing+ 1 chilli + ginger + coriander leaves + onion+ rava (semolina 1 tsp if reqd to make batter thick) + salt + curry leaves

  2. 2

    Now pour the batter to Appe / guliyappa pan. Grease it with oil and cook it on both sides. Serve hot with chutney
