In a bowl, add in ground beef, spices, seasoning, ginger & garlic paste, diced onions, & an egg. Mix & mk into balls. Deep fry & set aside.

Perboil your pasta. Strain & set aside. Place a pot on heat, add in oil, onion, pepper, tomato paste & fry. Add in water to cook the meatballs through as well as the pasta. Add in the meat balls, seasoning & bring to a boil

Now add the pasta & stir. You can taste @ this point to ascertain if anything should be added. Cover & allow to cook. Turn off the heat & serve
