Ingredients

  • Green chilli (sliced, washed and seeds removed)
  • Vinegar
  • 1 tbspSugar
  • PinchSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Blanch the sliced green chilli in hot water. Shake to remove the seeds. Drain.

  2. 2

    In a glass bottle, add vinegar, salt and sugar. Let it soak overnight and it’s ready to use as a condiment.
