Green chilli (sliced, washed and seeds removed)
Vinegar
1 tbspSugar
PinchSalt

Blanch the sliced green chilli in hot water. Shake to remove the seeds. Drain.

In a glass bottle, add vinegar, salt and sugar. Let it soak overnight and it’s ready to use as a condiment.
