Dissolve yeast in 2tbsp Lukewarm water,add sugar.keep aside for 5 minutes.

Take a big mixing bowl and take flour,add 1tsp chilli talked,oregano and salt to it.mix well and add yeast to it.make a sticky soft dough by adding water.

Take flour on a clean kitchen platform and stretch the dough,knead dough till smooth by stretch and fold method(don't avoid this step as it helps to activate glutan which helps in making a good bread).add olive oil and make ball.keep aside for 40 minutes.

Heat 1tsp oil in a pan add chopped vegetables and cook till tender add paneer,salt and pepper.add italian herbs and keep it cool.

Make 4 balls from dough.flatten them.add stuffing and make ball again by sealing the edges carefully.press it lightly to make flat.

Now top up with onion,capsicum and cheese.keep aside for another 20 minutes.

Preheat oven at 180° for 10 minutes.now bake buns for 20-25 minutes in preheated oven till golden.

Ready to serve hot.
