Steps

First, knead momos dough by adding all purpose flour, salt, oil & water as per requirement. Let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the stuffing in the meanwhile; heat up a pan, add some oil to it, add finely chopped vegetables & stir fry them for 3-4 minutes. Add salt as per taste.

With the dough roll thin and small rounds and add the stuffing in them. Cover it by making pleats.
Now you can deep fry these momos or you can steam cook them as well. - 4
Prepare the marination by adding all the ingredients. Add the smoked mustard oil by heating it up on high flame. Mix the marination well and add cubed vegetables along with momos.

Let them rest for 20 minutes& then you can use wooden skewers and directly grill them over the flame. Or you can pan fry these momos on a grilling pan. Serve hot with salad and dip. :)
