Heat a pan add ghee for melting. When ghee is hot enough add cumin seeds saute till it's crackled,then add green chillies,curry leaves,and potatoes saute for 3 min.

After 3 mins add red chilli powder,and salt,sugar mix well then add washed Bhagar and peanut powder, cover for 2 minutes,beat the curd nicely with 3 cups of water and add the mixture in Bhagar and cover again off the flame and serve hot.
