Steps

Add oil in a pan and add ginger and garlic paste. Fry for 30 secs and add sliced onions.

Slice all peppers and add to the fried onions. Add salt, seasoning and spices. Fry for further 5 mins.

Break your eggs and whisk. Add to the pot and cover to simmer for 5 mins. You can now stir and allow to cook for further 1 min.

Serve with boiled yam or rice.😋
