Steps

Wash and soak basmati rice for 30 mins

In a pan take 8 cups water add whole spices, 1 tspn salt, 1 tbspn oil and basmati rice and vinegar & cook on medium flame till 80% rice is cooked

Drain the rice and pour cold water over the rice and drain.

Remove whole spices.

In a pan take oil, ghee add jeera and rice and mix well.. adjust salt if needed

Add chopped coriander leaves and mix and cook till rice is cooked.

Serve with dal
