Homemade masala paneer

Ingredients

  1. 1 litremilk full cream
  2. 2lemon juice
  3. as requiredRoasted jeera
  4. as requiredGinger finely chopped
  5. as requiredCoriander chopped
  6. as per tasteSalt red chilli flakes

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the milk

  2. 2

    Once boiled. Bring it on low flame

  3. 3

    Add jeera, ginger, coriander,chilli flakes and very little salt then mix well

  4. 4

    Now switch off the flame.

  5. 5

    Add lemon juice slowly and keep stirring.

  6. 6

    Once the milk cuddles, drain excess water using a muslin cloth and pour cold water on chenna

  7. 7

    Now hang the muslin cloth for about 15 mins. And take out the masala paneer

  8. 8

    You can grill them and sprinkle some chat masala over it.

    Or you can make kadhai panner or paneer masala and enjoy it.
