In a big bowl mix boiled and mashed potatoes and Bhoodi,by adding salt,1 tsp Red chilli powder,1tsp chaat Masala 1tsp kalimirch powder, keep aside.

For Panipuri chutney, in a mixer Jar, put mint leaves, coriander leaves, Jeera, green chillies, ginger, tamarind, Salt, blend coarsely and strain them by putting water as per requirement,for Meethi chutney; in a bowl put dates, little tamarind, little gur and water and boil for few minutes and strain it

Put all this mixture, in each Puris and serve with both chutney and Meethi chutney and garnish with sev and very finely chopped Onions on each sevpuri and Puri's
