Sieve maida,baking soda and baking powder, preheat oven to 180c for 10 minutes.

Beat oil and powdered sugar till sugar dissolves.add milk mix well....now add milk powder to oil mixture and mix well.gradually and flour mixture and mix.

Mix with cut fold method and add gulkand and rose essence mix well.pour in a greased 8 inch cake tin and bake in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.

Cool the tin on wire rack 5 minutes.invert on a wire rack and cool for further 10 minutes...... ready to garnish..... slice and serve 👍
