  1. 2big tilapia fish
  2. 8scotch bonnet pepper
  3. 5shombo
  4. 1onion
  5. Glnut oil
  6. 5garlic cloves
  7. 5ginger
  8. Salt

Steps

    Stir fry d pepper mix and maggi, ginger n garlic, salt

  2. 2

    After frying d pepper mix u now rub d fried pepper on both fish

  3. 3

    Get a baking tray spread d fish and place in an oven grill for 30 minutes

  4. 4

    Grill fish is ready
