Start by boiling the quinoa until tender, then set aside.

Boil the chicken and shred it. Chop the onion, tomato, bell pepper, and parsley.

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with the egg, cheese, salt, and pepper. If the mixture is not firm enough, add 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour.

Shape the mixture into burger patties with your hands and cook them in a skillet with a little oil (you can also fry them in more oil if you prefer). That's it! I served mine with celery cream.
