1-2 lbseye of round steak
1 cupcarrots whole or diced
2.stalked of diced celery
1 cupsliced portobello mushrooms
3small potatoes quartered

2 clovesgarlic
1/2 Cflour
1 1/2beef broth or onion soup mix
1 tbltomato paste
tsppaprika, oregano, thyme

tblworcheshire, liquid smoke
1 candiced or stewed tomatoes
2 tbloil/butter

Pound out meat. 1inch thick.

Season flour and dredge. Season well. Shake off excess flour.

Sautee veggies and garlic 1-2 minutes. Scrape bottom with some beef broth.

Add tomatoes, liquid smoke, worcheshire, broth, seasonings. Bring to simmer. Taste

Oven 325 for 2 hours.
