Add 1/4 cup chia seeds to a bowl.

Add 1 cup of milk.

Add 1 cup of Greek Yogurt.

Add 2 tbsp of maple syrup.

Stir all together until well combined.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow chia seeds to soak up liquid and pudding to thicken.
