Mix the oats and add the cocoa powder.

Crack the egg and add the remaining ingredients, then stir until combined.

Pour into a mold and microwave at 800 watts for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. **Remove and microwave again for 35 seconds.

Chill for 4-5 hours. The texture will be very chewy. Overnight is even better.
