Steps

Take khoya add rawa and cornflour and mix well.make dough.keep aside for ten minutes.

Now divide them into equal parts.

Take a pan add sugar and water and mix well,boil on slow flame till sugar melts and keep sugar syrup aside.

Now make balls take one portion of khowa mixture stuff with one raisin,roll and make balls..

Heat ghee or oil in a pan on slow flame add balls and fry them @ slow flame when they are well cooked like brown colour add them to chasni..keep them in it for ten minutes.gulab jamun are ready to serve.
