Ingredients

15 minutes
5 to 6 servings
  • Aloo 4-5 (cut in slices)
  • Pani
  • 1/2 cupBesan
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspLal mirch
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 cupOil
  • Aloo Pakora. #cookwithuma

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Add all spices in besan and add pani in it and mix it and make a paste of besan (not too much thick)

  2. 2

    And then heat the medium hot oil and then dip the potatoes in besan and then fry it until it become golden.

  3. 3

    Your pakoray is ready for serving.
