Chicken Biriani

Steps

Marinate the chicken with garam masala, chicken masala, lemon juice and put it in the fridge for an hour

Fry two onions till brown then add the garlic paste and continue stirring till golden brown

Add the ginger paste with all the spices and continue stirring for half a minute then add the chicken pieces
- 4
Put the tomato paste and the blended tomatoes, mix well and let it boil for 5 minutes

Add the youghurt and let the stew boil till the chicken is ready

In a separate sufuria, layer the chicken, boiled rice and caramelized onions consecutively
- 7
Pour the food colour, cover and let the biriani simmer for 10 mins then mix till all the ingredients are distributed evenly
