Mango Frooti

Take a pan add 1.5 glass of water, sugar. Let the sugar dissolves

Add the raw mango and the ripe mango to the pan and cook it for 15min in a low flame covering with a lid.

After 15min switch off the flame, let it coll down completely.

Strain the sugar syrup in a mixing bowl, blend the cooked mango and strain them in to the cooked sugar syrup. Mix them well. Add 2 glass of chilled water to it (based on the thickness of the mixture u can add more or less water).
