Famous Bengali sweet Roshogulla

Take a pan and add milk and boil it... Now add lemon juice and mix it and leave it for 2 Min.

Now chena and whey is separated.. now strain the chena in a cotton cloth and squeeze it.. and make a potli and hang it for 30 minutes

After 30 minutes take chena in a plate and mast it for at least 30 minutes and make a dough

Now take a pan.. add water and sugar and make chashni

Now make small balls with chena dough...

When chashni boiled nicely then add chena balls and cover it and cook it for 10 Min. Than off the flame and leave it for 15 min.

Now place chena in a bowl with chashni and put it in the freeze..

Now roshogulla is ready to serve
