1 litremilk boiled
1/2 cuprice wash and soak
1/2 cupsugar
1 tspcardamom powder
1-2 tbspdryfruits (almond, cashews, Raisin, walnut)
1 tspgrated coconut
1-2 dropkewra essence (optional)

Heat a heavy bottom pan add milk bring boil and simmer.

Now add wash and soak rice into the boiling milk mix well. Add cardamom powder.

Cook till rice and milk combined & thickens add sugar, dry fruits, kewra essence mix well.

Cook for few minute. Heat off Serve hot or warm.
