Ingredients

4 to 5 servings
  1. 500 gmboneless chicken
  2. 1and half cup 1 ghnta bheegy hue daal mong(chilkay wali)
  3. 5tabsp oil
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1tabsp red chilli powder
  6. 1tabsp dhania powder
  7. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  8. 1 tspzeera
  9. 1onion medium
  10. 2tamatoes large
  11. 1tabsp ginger paste
  12. 1tabsp garlic paste
  13. 3-4green chilles
  14. hari dhania garnish ke lyay

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Sb say phlay pressure cooker mn 1 ghanta bheegy hue daal add kar ke 3 cup pani dalien 10 minute whistle lgayen.

    Jab 10 min ho jayen.cooker ke steam nikal kar daal ko side rakh dn.

  3. 3

    Ab ik pan mn 5 table spoon oil add krien pyaz daal kar halka brown krien.ab ginger garlic paste add krien aur 1 minute bhonien sath hi namak mirch haldi aur dhania powder add krien.

    Thora pani add krien ke masalay jal na jayen 1 minute ke baad tamater daal kar halki anch par tamater galnay tak pakayen

  5. 5

    Jab tamater narm ho jayen.tu boneless chicken add krien aur 2 say 3 minute masalay ke sath bhonien.

  6. 6

    Jab bhun jayen tu tu 1/3cup pani add kar ke chicken galnay tak pakayen.

  7. 7

    Jab pani khushk ho jayay aur chicken acha sa gal jayay tu zeera add kr k bhoon lien.ab daal add krien.

    Ager pani km lgay tu 2 cup pani add kar ke 10 minute chicken ke sath pakayen.

    Jab achi trah mix hi jayen.tu flame off krien

    Hari mirch aur hara dhania chirak kar garam garam naan roti prathay ya chawal ke sath serve krien.
