  • Quarter medium sized yam
  • 4large eggs
  • Seasonings & spices
  • Onion
  • Vegetable oil
  • Golden morn crumbs

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel, wash the yam & boil for 10mins, cut into a rectangular shape

    In a bowl, crack the eggs add seasoning & spices with chopped onions, whisk, and deep the yam for 2mins in it. Coat with flour & deep in crumbs.

    Fry in oil.
