Cook yam with pinch of salt until soft. Remove from heat and allow it to cool completely and mash

Blend pepper and onion. Fry in oil, drain and add to your mashed yams. Add your seasoning and spices. Add your fish and adjust salt to taste. Mix until everything is well combined.

Make small balls out of the mashed yam and set aside. I actually forgot to snap these part

In a bowl, whisk egg and season with a pinch of maggi, salt and curry.(optional). Dip the yam balls in egg and fry in hot oil over medium heat.
