When you are out of chicken but still craving for something yummy then try out this dish for iftar and earn a lot of appreciation ❤❤
Steps

Take a pot and fill it with adequate amount of water to boil spaghetti. Add to it 1 tsp salt and few drops of oil and let it boil.

Once the water starts boiling add to it the spaghetti and cook for 10 minutes or until done.

Strain the spaghetti and run cold water over it in order to avoid the noodles sticking together.

In a pan drizzle 2 tbsp oil and fry two whisked eggs like an omlette. Don't overcook. Set aside.

In the same pan add cabbage, capsicum, carrots and spring onions(white part only) and cook for about 3 minutes or until crunchy. Set aside.

In a pot drizzle 2 tbsp oil and add chopped garlic followed by tomato puree. Cook for 5 minutes and then add salt, red chilli flakes, pepper and vinegar and give it a good mix.

Add the veggies, eggs and boiled spaghetti to the tomato mixture and mix evenly. Add some more spring onion leaves (green part) and mix nicely until the chowmein is well incorporated.

Serve hot and enjoy ❤
