Wash all your ingredients and cut them into small pieces save for spinach.

Boil water and in a separate bowl Blanche the spinach for 5 minutes.

Boil the ingredients in the first step until well cooked but with a small amount of the water used to boil

Remove and add margarine
- 5
Put all the ingredients together with the spinach and blend together. You can add a little milk. Garnish to your liking. Enjoy
