Mix the premix with milk in a bowl and knead well.

Divide the mixture into equal parts and shape into balls.

In another pot, combine sugar, water, and crushed cardamom, and mix well to prepare a slightly thick syrup.

Heat oil in a pan and fry all the gulab jamuns on low heat until they are deep golden brown, then add them to the syrup.

Let the gulab jamuns soak in the syrup for 30 minutes.

Delicious gulab jamuns are ready.
