Ingredients

30-mins.
  • 1 cup Red lentil (Massor Dal)
  • 1onion finely sliced in strips
  • 1Carrot finely sliced in strips
  • 1/2Cabbage thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cuptricolour capsicum thinly sliced
  • 1 tspginger garlic chopped coarsely
  • 1 tbspSchezwan Sauce
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp oil

Steps

30-mins.
  1. 1

    Soak massor dal for 1/2- hour, and steam it in a steamer.

    Chop all the vegetables mentioned above. When dal is steamed add salt and whisk it with whisker. Heat a pan add butter and oil.

    When butter melts add all the vegetables and saute it on high flame. Add Schezwan Sauce and mix well. Saute for awhile.

    Add steamed Massor dal and cook till thickens and aroma releases. Serve hot spicy tasty Schezwan Massor Dal in a Bowl and garnish with onion rings.
