Crispy fried Aloo Gobi

Aloo gobhi is commonly cooked in almost every Indian household. Even cooked in poojas as langar ( Prasad). Sometimes gobhi is available when it is not in season. And don't give that taste.

Heat oil in a kadhai and add cumin to it, saute until it turns aromatic.

Now add onion and saute well.

Add ginger, chilli and saute for a minute.

On a low flame add turmeric,chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt.

Saute on a low flame, until the spices turn aromatic.

Now add tomato and saute until tomatoes turns soft.

Now add fried aloo and gobi.

Mix it gently so that Gobi didn't break. Sprinkle little water.

Finally add aamchur and garam masala and mix well.

Crispy fried Aloo gobi ready to serve with chapattis. Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
