Take a pan and pour in the milk

Take two to three tbsp of milk in a bowl and add milk powder in it. Mix it properly so that no lumps are left.

Start boiling the milk on low to medium heat

Reduce the milk to 1/4 of the quantity

Add kesar and roasted almonds to it

Also add sugar and again boil it for 5-10 minutes.

Switch off the heat. And let the mixture cools down completely.

Fill the mixture in Kulfi molds and pop it in the freezer to freezer for at least 4-5 hours.

For taking out the Kulfi from mold dip the Kulfi mold in the normal water for few seconds.

Your Kulfi is ready to enjoy.
