Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgbones
  • To tastesalt
  • 3 clovesgarlic minced
  • 1 inchginger minced
  • Lemon wedge to serve(optional)
  • 2whole green chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    In a sufuria, add your bones

  2. 2

    Add salt, ginger, garlic and chillies

  3. 3

    Add enough water and cover. Let it simmer on low heat for about 30mins.

  4. 4

    Serve hot and squeeze lemon if you wish
