Ingredients

  • 750 gFried Prawn
  • 3-4cutted patatoes
  • 2Onion paste
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • 4tamato pure
  • Magaj coconut milk
  • 1 spoonturmeric powder
  • 1 spoonchilli powder
  • Salt as per the taste
  • Garam-masala
  • Mustard oil
  • Slicesonions
  • 1-2bay leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Add onion to the oil and keep it to turn pink colour than add little sugar Cristal to it than add all the pure to it cook for 10-20 min till the gravy release some oil from it.

    Than add potatoes to it cook till the potatoes soften of than add fried prawns and its stocks to it and add Garam-masala to it. Cook it for 5min than add magaj coconut milk to it simmer the gas and than cook it for 5min by leading it....

    Serve the hot hot gravy with rice...
