Ingredients

  • 2 cupgram flour
  • 2 cupsugar
  • 1 cupWater
  • 2 cuppure Ghee
  • As neededCardamom, musk mealon seed

Steps

  1. 1

    Make paste of gram flour.Ready sugar syrup and add cardamom and musk mealon seed.

  2. 2

    Take gram flour paste in Skimmer(jhari/Chalna).Fry Bundi in pure Ghee.

  3. 3

    After fry add hot Bundi in sugar syrup.

  4. 4

    Your tasty Bundi is ready.
