Serves 1 serving

2 1/2 ozlow-fat ricotta cheese (70 g)
2 3/4 oznonfat Greek yogurt (80 g)
1egg
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
4sugar-free plain cookies
1 teaspoonerythritol

In a bowl, mix the ricotta, Greek yogurt, and egg. Add the vanilla extract and erythritol, then mix again until you have a smooth cream.

Layer the cookies and cream mixture, alternating them, and dust unsweetened cocoa powder on top.

Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
