Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  • 2 1/2 ozlow-fat ricotta cheese (70 g)
  • 2 3/4 oznonfat Greek yogurt (80 g)
  • 1egg
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • 4sugar-free plain cookies
  • 1 teaspoonerythritol

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, mix the ricotta, Greek yogurt, and egg. Add the vanilla extract and erythritol, then mix again until you have a smooth cream.

  2. 2

    Layer the cookies and cream mixture, alternating them, and dust unsweetened cocoa powder on top.

  3. 3

    Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
