Orange Pancakes are light and fluffy and made entirely from scratch. They’re not too sweet and flavored with fresh orange juice and orange zest, then smothered in maple syrup topped with fresh fruits and walnuts. So simple, yet so satisfying!

Orange Pancakes are light and fluffy and made entirely from scratch. They’re not too sweet and flavored with fresh orange juice and orange zest, then smothered in maple syrup topped with fresh fruits and walnuts. So simple, yet so satisfying!

In a large mixing bowl mix all the dry ingredients all purpose flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

Then add the orange juice and give a stir.

Then add the melted butter and milk and whisk well with balloon whisk until its combined well without any lumps.

The consistency of the batter should be little thick and flowing consistency.

Heat a nonstick pan on a medium flame and grease with butter, then pour a ladle of pancake batter.

Don't spread the batter and cook for 2 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface.Flip the pancakes and simmer for 1-2 minutes or until other side is cooked through.

Serve pancake with some fresh fruits,nuts and maple syrup.
