Soak the rice for half an hour

Heat the pan put some garam masala in it.add ginger garlic onion paste and saute it.

Peel the patatoes and and add in the saute paste along with curry patta.cook it turn little brown.

Add Rice in it and add salt according to taste

Put 500ml of water and squeeze one lemon in it

Cook for 15 mint.Your patato pulaao is ready to eat.Garnish it with burnt or golden brown fried onions.
