Boil noodles in water by adding salt for 10-12 minutes, then strain water and cool it by pouring cold water. Add few drop of oil and rub slowly.

Mash boil potatoes cool completely then add cabbage, capsicum, spring onion, all-purpose flour, cornflour, salt, pepper powder, green chilli sauce and soya sauce and mix well.

Make the equal size of the ball from mixture and roll boiled noodles to it. Heat oil in a pan and fry noodles jacket till crisp from both sides.
