  • 1/4 cuprolled oats
  • 15almonds
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 1 glasswater or milk

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak almonds and oats overnight.

    In a mixer, jar add oats and peeled almonds.

  3. 3

    Grind together you have to grind with the same water/milk you soaked the oats.

  4. 4

    Strain it add honey your almonds Oats healthy milk is ready I don't strain as I love the fiber of oats.you can add almond milk or Soya milk too

Sure dear for 1/4 cup oats 1 glass of water or milk and soak the almonds in water if over night than normal water if instant than in hot water for 15 to 20 minutes than peel the skin and grind them along with the oats
