Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupButter
  2. 1/4 cupSugar powdered
  3. 3/4 cupAll purpose flour/maida
  4. 1/2 tspBaking powder
  5. 1/2 tspVanilla essence
  6. 2 tbspMilk
  7. 1/4 cupChoco chips

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl add butter, powdered sugar and whisk until fluffy and smooth.

    Sift flour and baking powder.

  3. 3

    Pour the dry ingredients into the  butter mixture and mix together.

  4. 4

    Add vanilla essence.

  5. 5

    Combine them together to form a soft dough add 2 tbsp milk if required.

  6. 6

    Add chocolate chips and mix.

  7. 7

    Roll the dough into cookies.

  8. 8

    Put a few more chocolate chips on the top of the cookies, if desired.

  9. 9

    Bake the cookies in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 170 degree temperature.

    Once baked, allow the cookies to cool at room temperature for 10 minutes and enjoy.
