Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupmango puree with
  • 7-8 crushed mint leaves in it
  • 3/4 tinamul mithaimate (300gm)
  • 1/2 cuphung curd

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl and add hung curd, mithaimate and mango mint puree.

    Mix it well and take care of its thick flowing consistency.

  3. 3

    Now take two small circle mould/ two round shape cups

  4. 4

    Lightly grease it with butter and pour the mixture.

  5. 5

    Now cover both the moulds with foil paper and airtight it with rubber.

    Take a steamer and set tour bhapa doi for 20 minutes.

  7. 7

    Let it cool down then unmould it and enjoy.
