Slice bhindi, wash it, keep it in sunlight for 1 hour. Add salt chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, cumin powder.

Mix it well by using very little water.

Deep fry the peanuts

Fry the Curry leaves as well.

Deep fry the bhindi.

Add it into peanuts and curry leaves.

Take some besan, add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, cooking soda, mix it with water and deep fry in oil.

Add the above into the bhindi.

Mix everything. Take it into a plate, serve hot with rice /chapathi /roti.
