Steps

Wash the fish pieces and In a bowl heat water and boil the fish. Debone and set aside. Peel and cut potatoes and set aside.

Mash the boiled fish and add grated onion, ginger paste, chopped green chillies, besan and salt. Mix well and make balls

Fry the Fish balls or Kofta

Fry the potatoes

In a bowl add grated onion, ginger paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, vinegar and salt. Mix well and add 1/4 cup water. In a wok heat oil, add bay leaf, cumin seeds and add the spice in water and cook until oil leaves surface.

Add fried potatoes and add water. Keep the flame in low and cover so that potatoes are fully cooked.

Add fried fish balls or Kofta to the cooked potatoes curry

Plate and enjoy with steamed rice
